About Frank

I was born in suburban Cook County and moved to Warrenville when I was 10 years old. I attended Wheaton Warrenville Middle School and Wheaton Central High School. I also attended DAVEA in Addison which is now called TCD, the Technology Center of DuPage. I attended the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn. Through the College of DuPage Continuing Education, Business Solutions, I earned my PMP and now also have my PMI-ACP and CSM Certificates.

My wife, Carmel, and I have been married for 12 years and we have 9 1/2 year old twins, Salvatore and Maridia.

I served on the Bartlett Village Board from 2009-2013 and the U-46 School Board from 2013-2014. I fought tax increases and I am proud of my conservative voting record.

During my tenure as a Village Trustee in Bartlett, we reduced the budget by 6.4% and the Village was named the Fourth safest town with more than 25,000 residents, in the United States by neighborhoodscout.com

During my time on the U-46 school board I spoke out against wasteful spending and fought tax increases. Before voting on spending I always asked the tough questions to ensure it was a good use of the taxpayer dollars we were entrusted with.

During my past 4 years on the College of DuPage Board, I have served as Board Secretary, Vice Chairman and currently as the Board Chairman. During the past 4 years, we have instituted new board policies to increase board oversight, balanced the budget, lowered tuition and reduced  property taxes. We have come a long way, however the clean up process is ongoing, and your help with our 2 new candidates is needed and appreciated. Please join Frank Napolitano and Deanne Mazzochi in supporting Annette Corrigan and Marc Incrocci on April 2, 2019.
