The Daily Herald Endorsed Frank Napolitano for U46 School Board March 15, 2013

If elected Frank will serve all the stakeholders in the U-46 District and will work to get the district's financial house in order to help prevent future layoffs. He will also make sure all capital and operating expenses are done with fiscal responsibility and will either reduce costs or improve results in the class room before they are approved.

Frank is married to Carmel Napolitano and they have 3 1/2 year old twins. They are active in their community, Carmel is the President of the PTO at Independence School in Bartlett and Frank has been an outspoken voice of common sense on the Village Board and throughout the community where he has spoken at community meetings at Bartlett High School, Elgin High School, Saint Andrews Golf Course, Bartlett Hills Golf Course, Bannermans Sports Grill, Bartlett Community Center, Villa Verone, Hanover Township and the Elgin Township Offices.
