Frank Napolitano was born October 17th 1973 and grew up in Warrenville, Illinois and attended Wheaton Central High School and the College of DuPage. Frank has been in the Telecom Industry for over 11 years where he has successful sales organizations with as many as 18 sales reps at a time.

Frank Napolitano moved to Bartlett in March of 2002 where he now lives with his wife Carmel Napolitano and their 3 Dogs Abby, Lucy and Buddy. Frank has coached girls softball in Bartlett as headcoach of the Hawkeyes for four years, and is now an assistant coach on the Bartlett Hawks travel softball team.

Frank Napolitano is the son of Salvatore Napolitano who lives in Huntington Beach, CA and Sharon Saviano who lives in Warrenville with her husband Ron Saviano. Frank's sister is Dori Sonaco, she lives in Streamwood with her husband Greg Sonaco. Dori Sonaco works for Western DuPage Special Recreation in Carol Stream. Frank's step father is Ron Saviano, and Frank has two step brothers Michael Saviano, and Pete Saviano. Michael Saviano lives in Bartlett with his wife Monica Saviano, and their three children. and has been very involved in the Bartlett Raiders. Pete Saviano lived in Bartlett and now lives in Saint Charles with his wife Tina Saviano, and their 5 children.

Village Trustee Frank Napolitano sworn into office on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Bartlett Village Hall.

Frank was than appointed to be the Chairman of the Public Works Committee.

As Chairman of the Public Works Committee, Frank Napolitano has overseen discussion regarding numerous public works purchases including vehicles and the auctioning of such vehicles.

Frank always uses fiscal conservativeness in making any decisions on purchases, understanding that these are your tax dollars.

Frank Napolitano led the charge on going out for bid on a new waste hauler contract, and was able to reduce costs for all residents in Bartlett, while at the same time getting a new recycle toter program that will reduce or eliminate blowing recyclables on garbage day.
